From the Beginning

Proverbs 31:31

“Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.”

Gifts of God

Are we using what we already know…

  • Women are natural nurturers; whether a mother, a wife or living your best single life. We all have a need to help others in our work and in our play. Unfortunately, in today’s society, we have become lost somewhere along the way. So, where do we start? How do we start? Well, the best answer is to start with YOU! Think about what you really want in life and why? Not just the hum-drum daily tasks we all accomplish every day, but what we really want to do and be. The things we dreamed of when we were little girls.

  • We all have gifts and talents and those are God given. He put those in us, to give us a purpose and a reason for being. Learning to“tap-in” to what that is, can take a lifetime it seems. We all struggle and grow to be the best version of ourselves every day, but the question we have to ask ourselves is, “Are we doing what God wants and not what we want"?”

Be blessed

Seek prayer and guidance…

  • To learn what “the fruit of her hands” means, as the scripture says, is all about finding our purpose and using the gifts that God has blessed us with. Finding out what you like to do, using your creative nature and building something that will last. And in the process, ultimately brings you and your family happiness and joy.

  • As if to say, what would you do in life that fulfills all your dreams, and you could do it all day long? That’s your gift and purpose and with God, he will help you figure that out each and every day. Seek Him in prayer and ask what that is; He will always lead you in the right direction. That is your Beginning…that is where you start.

God never leaves

The road can get rocky…

  • God will lead and guide you in the ways that you should go about your life, doing this and doing that. He is interested in everything we do, even if it seems mundane or not important. He created all of us and He is our Heavenly Father; of course He wants to know about what we like and don’t like, just as a natural Father would (although He already knows everything). So, talk to Him…every day, just like a close friend. He’s always listening and even though it seems He is quiet most days, He is always working behind the scenes on our behalf.

He is always here to steer us in the right direction, opening doors to bless and closing doors to protect. Having a real relationship with Him is so refreshing and we become more confident as we grow and understand His word and His ways. We won’t have all the answers tomorrow, but each day does get better and better once we realize God is never going to leave or forsake us. It’s usually us that leaves Him, not the other way around.

“The Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my pathway”.

Psalm 119:105
